Terms & Conditions
Gift Card Redemption:
Blumé Salon & Spa gift cards can be redeemed toward eligible salon services and retail products. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Thanksgiving Promotion:
Purchase a $100 gift card and receive a $20 bonus gift card. The $20 bonus is a promotional offer and is not redeemable for cash or additional gift cards.
Non-Refundable:
All gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Expiry:
Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date. The promotional $20 bonus gift card may have a separate expiration date as specified at the time of purchase. No inactivity or maintenance fees apply.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
Please treat your gift card like cash. Blumé Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Replacement is not available.
Partial Use:
If the purchase amount is less than the available gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the card and may be used toward future eligible purchases.
Promotional Restrictions:
The $20 bonus is available only with qualifying $100 gift card purchases during the promotional period. The bonus cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. Additional promotional restrictions may apply.
Online Purchases:
Gift cards purchased online will be delivered electronically to the recipient via email. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly.
Appointments:
Gift cards may be used toward eligible services but do not guarantee appointment availability. Advance booking is recommended.
